Where and how do you ship fudge?
We currently ship fudge within the continental U.S by priority Mail. We charge the actual shipping cost with no additinal handling fees.
How should I store Fudge?
Our fudge is wrapped in special plastic to prevent drying out.
Once opened, a plastic re-sealable bag can be used to keep it fresh.
Fudge can be stored in the refrigerator but it is important for it to be wrapped well to prevent it from drying out.
Fudge can also be stored long term by wrapping it well and then freezing.
Fudge should not be stored in plastic containers because the plastic can affect its taste.
Do You charge sales tax?
Yes. We are required to collect local Minnesota sales tax for candy sales shipped or delivered to Minnesota addresses.
Loal sales tax rates have gotten somewhat complex. Here is a sampling of MN tax rates.
Minnesota - 6.875%
Minneapolis - 7.775%
St Paul - 7.625%
Duluth. - 7.875%
Dakota Co. - 7.125%
Ramsey Co. - 7.125%
Washington Co. - 7.125%
Hennepin Co. - 7.275%
We do not collect sales tax for orders shipped outside Minnesota.
